Calling all dancers and singers, magicians and steppers, too all of those talented people in Charleston, South Carolina! Come and help us celebrate the bravery that it takes to come on stage and make our kiddos feel like A-list stars. All money raised leading up to the evening and during the show will go directly to the students and back into our programs so our impact can be greater and better than ever. By supporting this talent show and our organization, you are part of a broad effort to raise our students. They are told “no” too often and limited by circumstances they have no control over. Our goal is to help release those constraints and allow students to be in control. We work to inspire them to do whatever they want to do, wherever they feel called, as we help teach the knowledge and skills that they will need once they leave high school and enter the next step of their journey. Whether it be through a service project, a talent show, or chasing their dream job, we want students to feel agency in pursuing their inspired and purposeful lives. The opportunity gap in Charleston is very real and with your help, we can continue to address it in a direct and meaningful way - with our students in control and our organization providing the opportunities to succeed, grow, learn, and become the future leaders of our city.
